how do i get the premonition pulse rifle and the ghost shell in the lunar rover badge? they're the only 2 things i'm missing to complete the badge ;-;

Premonition drops exclusively from pit of heresy. The ghost dropped for me from the last boss in pit of heresy, but I think it can also drop from the final wave of altar of sorrow.

I think the ghost has bad luck protection, however, it’s been speculated that it shares that with the ship which can also drop from pit or altar. Once you get one, it resets bad luck.
