Is there a somewhat respected tier list on actual helpful enhanced perks, vs which "enhanced" perks only give stupid irrelevant things like +10handling

perks that give +5 stat bonus F tier
perks that increase timer by .5-1 second D tier
perks that increase the effectiveness of the perk outright S tier

things like enhanced surrounded and enhanced lead from gold or enhanced dual loader fall into this category

#

(not saying that dual loader is good i’m just saying that the upgrade is insane)
