Focusing Risen armor seems to be the easiest way, another way is from killing the boss of pit of Heresy.

Make sure to have a stat mod on your ghost

It should be in the third slot when you inspect your ghost

I think there should be an upgrade that let's you get Risen umbrella energy from dungeons raids and other stuff

You really only need 100 disc and 100 resil for arc titan
