The last encounter is 1570 but if you are confident in yourself you can do it at 1565. Don't forget you get Pinnacle upgrades along the way.

You'll be fine as long as you tell you sherpa your light level beforehand
And you'll have to focus more on staying alive than you usually would
Just make sure you have 100 resil and decent weapons and you'll be OK. Crafted Taipan and maybe Thunderlord for totems since that's one of the most annoying encounters to stay alive underleveled
