You can only get them from lost sectors, if they dont drop youre just unlucky, wouldnt recommend farming a specific exotic, chances really arent great

Aren't you guaranteed an exotic armor piece you don't own through lost sectors? You just have make sure it's dropping legs exotics for that day

dont think its guaranteed to get a new exo, since i got multiple copies of other exos before getting the missing one, but they might have a higher chance
