Self explanitory title, I want a Hezen Vengance and I'm wondering how I'd go about getting it and what mods it automatically has (since thats a thing with adepts or so I've been told)

VOG adepts have specific encounters they drop from, you have to get all of the master challenges done to unlock timelost found verdict though
Conflux is TL Scout, Oracles is TL Sniper, Templar is TL Handcannon, Gatekeeper is TL Rocket, Atheon is TL Machinegun (Maestro Glasser-- getting all challenges, is the TL Shotgun)

It isn't impossible, but it can be pretty difficult depending on the light level and experience of everyone on the fireteam
From what I've noticed, surviving in the portal and being able to kill the Wyvern at the right time is the hardest part. As long as everyone specs their build into that, it is pretty doable.

You don't need to be on level for the master raid, although being as high light as possible definitely helps. As long as everyone is over 1590 you should be ok

Aside from higher light requirement is there any other major changes?

If I remember correctly the only change is that during the final phase where you are defending the central conflux in the main room barrier champs spawn
