Does Higher Discipline, Strength and Class Ability Stats improve ability energy gains?

Meaning like things like elemental Wells and stasis Shards. I'm pretty sure it does but figured I'd ask.

pretty sure wells give a set % back and more say disicpline doesn't give more % back

way to get more % is another of the well mods that gives that energy back
