Just as the title says. I'm a hunter main at 1580 currently but my titan and warlock are both >60. Any way to jump that gap so I can take them into later game content?

grind pinnacles + powerfuls. weapons dont have to be transfered to the character you want to level, they can be on other characters or in the vault and still count towards the level of the drops you get.

Your power is account wide now, iirc
If you've got like 1570 stuff on your Hunter, you'll get ~1570 drops on your Titan/Warlock

If you've yet to claim your gear from the season pass, each piece drops at average gear level.
Powerful Engrams drop at average level as well.
So if you've got 3 weapons that are 1580 and 5 armor at 1550, your average gear is 1561 2/8.
So all gear from the season pass would be claimable at 1561, raising your average each piece you claim.
This can help you brute force up to or into the pinnacle cap instantly if used with a combo of season pass rewards + prime engrams.

with some luck, you can still get the Gift of the Lightning God or whatever the 1540 power set is called that you get for free at the H.E.L.M. now that Arc 3.0 dropped
afterwards, just throw your main character's weapons on your other characters, and grind powerfuls as recommended above

Aside from just moving your weapons over, you can buy the other class exotics from xur while on your hunter for a little extra bump
