Int is a dump stat for pretty much every build. The cd reduction you get from it isnt enough to warrant running any. You get most of your super charge from doing damage anyways, so better to put the stats elsewhere.

Especially because if you really need your super you can just run font of might without sacrificing survivability or grenades
