hey guys just wanna see people opinions on what the best pve rolls would be, i see explosive payload with frenzy or one for all and even dragonfly, just wondering which would be the best out of the three

For all perks suck on single shot weapons

Also I think they're extremely overrated overall

The only thing I'd ever use a scout for is champ stunning so I'd say adaptive frenzy

Or explosive frenzy either one

firefly dragonfly only really works in low tier content (and because it looks cool) but generally id say EP + frenzy is your best option here

Firefly and Dragonfly is overrated, drops off in higher content, while lower difficulty content you really only need one or the other to quickly kill hordes of weak enemies.

You want explosive for the flat damage increase and OFA/Frenzy. OFA is more damage but harder to proc, although the explosive aoe helps with proccing. Frenzy is weaker but wont drop as long as youre in combat.

ep frenzy since ofa is not needed and primarys and also annoying to proc on single shot weapons like scouts
