What exotics should i prioritize from the kiosk?

What exotics should i get first before others (Ones that dont cost spoils)

just to name a few: witherhoard, izanagi, anarchy, ager's scepter, outbreak, eriana's vow, le monarque, fourth horseman, ticuu's
the ones that should be on the top of your list out of these are definetely the first 4

sleeper and whisper can also potentially become good again (if they get buffed or if the meta is favorable for them). heck i think sleeper is still pretty good now (even though some legendary lfrs are better)

^these are primarily focused on pve content. for pvp: ace of spades, thorn, last word (great on controller) and maybe duality but that one not so much

all the other exotics are either good only in niche scenarios, need some setup to make them work well, or are generally worse than those mentioned above. you can get them later if you want but there isnt really a rush (with the exception of maybe lumina but again, very niche)

out of the above list, i believe only anarchy requires spoils to unlock. so if you dont raid that much you'll probably not get it for a while (though when you manage to save up 240 spoils do get it, its worth it)
