Calibans hand + explosive throwing knife, melee wellmaker + bountiful wells + font of might + well of life. Last mod is up to you.
Use healing nade and add fragments that help ability cds

#

And add the aspect that refunds melee on a melee kill

Knock em down + on your mark

Gambler's dodge + healing nade + proximity explosive knife
