I'm a returning player and am having a hard time trying to join groups asking for players. I'm on a Playstation and when I search for the person, they are either offline or the message they posted disappears.

Use their join code. On PlayStation open text chat in game and type in /join, followed by their code. You have to be quick though as Pc players can type much faster

Yes. The text channel doesn’t matter. It can be in any
