All they're doing according to the twab is making the weakening effect 15% instead of 30%. They don't mention removing the bubble?

It just makes other things like teather necessary

So now we have more must picks for raid runs but the actual usage of divinity wont go down

Divinity nerf was pretty balanced

2. As others have said, bubbles staying its just dropping from 30% to 15% on dmg buff

Tbh divinity needs a buff. I cant hit the crit. Im thinking it makes a bubble the size of templar no matter what. actually Im thinking it should be at least as big as the community's hatred for Divinity
