Prophecy is the rotator pinnacle so I know you can farm that for highish stat rolls.

I replied then had a second thought: don't know if it'll drop items more than once, if it's out of rotation. The stats will be the same, just not pinnacle, but I don't know if you can get 1 or more

just did it twice on one char and it only drops loot once
