Its a world drop now so you can get it from almost anything, but there are a lot of better smgs then death adder

if your going to use lucky pants then you want to use a hand cannon rather then a smg

You can try getting the Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver but its a world drop so its gonna be rare to get

but there are a lot of legendary handcannons you could use, just google them or something
