Nightfalls aren’t PvP. They are PvE and quite simple.

I mean, I'm not really sure. You should probably run a crucible solo to see if the progress goes up. If they don't, just run the trios mode, whatever its called to get team mates and potentially win.

Nightfalls are in the 'Vanguard' section. I believe he is referring to 100k score in a nightfall.
