#Cant see weekly Raid Bounties

I tried buying the bountie for the which witch challenge this week and i cant see it .
I have done some research and the only thing i found is to check if my Lightlevel is above soft cap , I 1576 without artefact

Does somebody know why I can't buy the bountie? Or how I can get it from Hawthorne
