I'm not able to complete the triumph as the throne world lost sectors aren't in the rotation. Any idea how I can complete this without waiting for them to return?

If you load up the weekly story mission for WQ(assuming it starts you in a patrol zone), you can go to the lost sectors and there will be champions present.
