drop rates are pretty high I think just use treasure keys should get it pretty quick

it always drops red-border but it's just a very low droprate from the dares chest

they drop through dares of eternity from the treasure chest using keys that you get after a run of dares, very rare though

They didnt really change the droprate on it, just made it so that if you get a dro pits guaranteed to be red border and unlock the pattern
