i have set people up with potatos for pcs up in a way that they can stream now that doesnt mean doodoo pc = decent stream but atleast its better than nothing if u have any cpu past the 6th gen intel or zen zen+ or zen2 and a gpu that can do nvenc like a 1060 6gb u can most likely stream fine aslong as u duck ur game settings down and most games nowadays dont even look bad on low settings
