the best way to visualise audio channels is to think of them as tunnels with cars going through them,
You have 3 tunnels inbound, and you want to route 3 of them somewhere
if all 3 tunnels jsut go the same place there's no point spltting them right

you have 2 exits for the tunnel
one for your headset
one for the stream
what you do is
you set your headset (physical) as output for the stream
then you set the stuff you wanna hide from stream, to a virtual output
then you set an option "listen to this output" on the virtual exit
so you can listen to it as well, but your stream doesnt
if that makes sense
