it'll work, most computer parts are more hardy than you think. The hardest part for me was just getting all the little plugs correct for the tower case at the bottom of the motherboard

its basically just a plastic little legs that go on the screw sockets for the motherboard. The plastic stops static/electrical currents from the metal PC tower itself going into the mobo or vice versa
