it doesn't say but the base range is like 50 meters
you can just run max range and eff and nuke a 125 meter radius aroudn you for 25 energy
also since the damage is radial, higher range actually means more damage closer to you but not right next to you
its complicated
if the range is 50 meters and things next to you takes 100% damage and things at the edge takes 0% damage, it should stand that if you double the range, things at the old 50 meter range now takes 50% damage
and it does work like that
and even though overextended cuts your strenght in over half, you still get so much damage from how the radial damage stretches

its not super crazy damage or whatever but it has multishot, fits where convulsion would be, and the extra mag gets doubled by the dual wield, so you have a 40 mag pyrana
