you can compare deals in your area but generally speaking intel and ryzen 3rd gen are about on par for gaming, but ryzen is more flexible if you plan to do any graphics work or streaming

intel might just have the slightest edge on gaming but its not by alot, and ryzen optimizations should overcome that naturally in the next few months
