Our first combat we encounter the usual trash mobs, one of us asks, are they damaged? He says yes, they are bloodied and most of them are missing their weapons. So first thing we do is we rush them, I cast some AoE attacks and push them out of my daylight spell. After we have killed 2 of them, the DM says that one of them says "run" to our barbarian just before he sliced his head off. Just as the session is ending, DM says a human walks into my daylight. Someone rolls for perception, 19, DM says he has cuts all over his body in a specific manner.
