No, negative airflow would mean that there is more air leaving the case than coming in

So if you have 5exhaust fans and 4 intake, that would make negative pressure

As long as they are all the same CFM

the differences in pressure are minimal. Positive being the only one that can create a cyclone of hot air in some areas. But if your temps are below 70, full load I wouldn't be tooconcered. but ever watchful
