Hey
So my Phone Just turned Off cuz the battery was empty
I then put my charger in and turned it Back on

Weird Thing was that my battery was at 35% then
Is that normal?

that sounds like the beginning of the Pixel 4a failure, back up your data and prepare if your Pixel dies. If it does, contact Google and they will give you another phone
