oddly specific question, but hypothetically if I'm not using my phone for a week, and I only have a choice between
repetitively charging my phone to 100% and letting it drain to 0
and
charging my phone to 100% and shutting it down, which would be the better option for battery health?
I am aware that you can charge it to 50-60% and shut it down, but I'm curious about this question as
on one hand, charging it to 100% and letting it drain is better than shutting it down at 100% as it's not always at 100%, but at an expense of introducing more charge cycles
now that I think of it this is just me yapping about some random topic but
if there is an obvious answer to my initial question I would love to hear it
