every once in a while at random times tapping on my homescreen does nothing and i cant use swipe gestures at all. i can still pull down the notification panel if i swipe from the very top of my screen and i can still lock/unlock my phone. im on a 7 pro with the december update

If your device freezes all the time, I would recommend you to use it in more warmer regions.
