Right if I afflict Nine Blade Cut's debuff on an enemy, it can get removed if I do something like Skullshot that enemy. I don't know if this is only a visual bug or a bug-bug.

This might be related to being unable to cleanse Nine Blade Cut debuff with debuff removing talents
