#Temporary roads to attack monsters with Landships

When cultists/pirates or monsters spawn off-road there will be a temporary road to them to attack them with landships and:

  1. the roads stay so long until landships go to the location, kill the threat and leave at which point the road despawns

  2. when the threat is defeated the landships forces are automatically relativized to the nearest town/city

Just let landships travel off road at 1/2 or 1/3 speed
