freeplay lucky jack v15-b5 was bordering a Independence clas 3 ship and the captain of the enemys ship dosnt exist couldnt be found. as far i've seen its mainly usa ships that has this problem but also spannish, idk if it has sometime to the ship clases or models to do
for me tho even if thers no captain to speak to, seems pressin f12 to exicute console then pressing space works to get to next stage
was something in error or log about cant create class npc ill ad a copy of error report save game compile log and system

after more checking. it seems to be connected to ship type , as example bellona can have a captain but other versions of same ship has not - like Independence version. if its so then some may never hit this problem tho like independe only excists pretty late ingame so if you play at like year 1600 or 1670 independence dosnt escist so
