In the follower selection menu for missionary work, followers wearing the missionary necklace could be placed at the top of the list. That would make searching much easier.
If that isn’t possible specifically for this building, then a general filter called Necklaces could be added instead. It could sort and filter followers based on the necklaces they have equipped, while placing followers without any necklace at the bottom of the list.
