Bug Description: Yngya/Follower is duplicating?

What did you do to make the bug appear?: She had become corrupted by sin a bit back and I had defeated and re-indoctrinated her. For some reason or another, I kept encountering her in my crusades, defeating her, and sending her to be re-indoctrinated.

Are you able to re-produce the bug? If so, how?: The initial corruption I haven't tried to recreate but she continues to show up in every couple crusades

If anything, this is just really funny at this point.

Theres only one Yngya in the cult but if I look at follower list, theres gonna be 5 now.
