Softlocked and can’t get Rami the Charred

Switch 1 - Version 1.5.12 (latest version)

So I defeated Marchosias and after returning to Woolhaven, Yngya tells me to get one last wool (Rami the Charred) despite me completing both Ewefall and The Rot without receiving Rami’s wool.

On top of that, no matter how many times I visited Woolhaven, I can’t seem to activate ||the second encounter with Hagar and either indoctrinate or kill her||.

I know in comparison to other platforms, the Switch 1 is prone to more crashes especially with a high follower count, but I don’t remember the game crashing whenever I would receive a wool from all the other ghost lambs. I legitimately thought I was supposed to receive Rami’s wool later on, but it never came even with the newest update installed.

I'm also currently having this issue so i can't progress the story :/ hopefully it's fixable

I have posted a few times on this issue to no reply - we are in the same boat on switch. And its frustrating with the lack of responses - do i keep playing this save or is it cooked?

I’m in the same boat but I’m on Xbox and it’s Sariel the resolute I’m missing .
