Bug Description: I completed the boss fight for Yngya and during the cutscene, right when she shrinks down to follower size, I was spontaneously Martyred. I was then sent back to my cult in shame with no Yngya follower 🙁 I tried quitting out without saving, but it must've saved right after I was Martyred because I'm unable to do the boss fight again and the quest is gone.
What did you do to make the bug appear: I have no clue, the only think I can think is that I finished the boss fight with only half a heart left.
Are you able to reproduce the bug: I can't access the boss fight again and I have no Yngya follower so I don't believe so.

the bug is created from getting hit by a projectile as you’re on half heart after the cutscene ends, i had the same issue on console
