It's happened three times now where whenever the follower from the drum circle gets condemned, the followers become frozen and sometimes the cult will have the red hue on and off. I have to shut down the game every time. Not to mention the same follower is causing the problem (riverboy follower, which is awesome they are honored that way-)

your followers will go back to normal after doing a sermon but the colors wont btw

happened to me too, followers will go back to normal after sermon and quitting to main menu fixes the colors, but my follower quest didnt count as completed though

I usually do my sermons first though, and with the winter update it doesn't leave much time to dilly dally
