Infinite Narinder follower inside temple

I was playing normally on version 1.5.16.1002 and performed a sermon when suddenly an infinite amount of narinder just spawned and began generating lag, they don't appear when leaving the temple but inside the temple they are always there either in the room or off-screen

apparently some had quests for me or were just sitting there
