#Woolhaven DLC: Seemingly softlocked at the very end of the DLC

I got to the quest where Yngya requires all 10 of her disciples to be returned to her and I have all 10 turned in and wool given to each grave at that. Yet the game isnt doing anything despite me having all 10 turned in. Is my save softlocked? I just got to the end of the dlc and I don't really want to start from scratch when I'm so close to the end of the game.
