I was unable to swing the flail normally but I was able to still do heavy attacks, when i stopped moving in the clip was because I was literally unable to move at all. Was only able to move again by doing heavy atatcks only but I discovered that after the clip

I encountered it too
for me, it happened during the first time I went to Ewefall after beating the DLC
after changing weapons, can prove it bugs out all weapons (hammer heavies are also broken), but also fixes itself on the very next crusade

It is in the "...AppData\LocalLow\Massive Monster\Cult Of The Lamb\saves" directory. In your search bar you write "%appdata%" then move to AppData folder (it opens Roaming subfodler) and then go with directory above
there will be files as:
slot_n.mp (n is a number of slot you have your file so probably will be slot_0.mp)
MMLog - it is in folder above saves
PlayerLog - the same as MMLog

Okay for the player log is it the one that only says Player or the Player-prev?
Because I dont have anything that's called PlayerLog
