On PS5 version 1.5.11. Spared the executioner and didn’t get the trophy. I’ve seen people confirming it is bugged because they have gotten it doing the same thing

Same here spared him and didnt get it. A friend of me also didnt get it.

I think this has bugged the legendary weapon trophy as well. Just finished restoring them all and nothing

Apparently, the achievement is broken on the PC version, but the achievement with the legendary weapon did not come

Also I did the executer quest line again sparing her both times and indoctrinating her. Still no Achievement. By now I would be the first on xbox to complete the Game. Another first completion robbed because of broken Achievements. I hate it.

But the Executor and the Legendary Weapons are both broken on xbox. At least for me.
