There are many traits in the game that feel way too underwhelming, for these traits I feel the bad traits should get worse and the good traits should be even better, here are a few examples

Naturally Obedient: Will join the cult at level 2 loyalty, or born with level 2 loyalty

Natural Skeptic: Joins the cult dissenting, will not steal from the cult leader if leaving after dissenting for this first time

Strong Constitution: (Less likely to get sick from all sources) heals 50% faster with bedrest

Sickly: (More likely to get sick from all sources)
heals 50% slower in bedrest

Zealous: Completes missionaries faster and with higher success rate, will ignore dissenters

Cophrophiliac: (More likely to get sick from all sources) gain large amount of loyalty when follower gets sick, and 10 faith

Germaphobe: After recovering from illness, will immediately begin dissenting, lose 10 faith upon getting sick

As you can see I focused a lot on dissenting followers, because I believe dissenting doesn’t have a big enough role in cult of the lamb because faith rarely gets low enough for dissenting followers to happen, and is easily restored through rituals, daily sermons, daily blessings and plenty of other things

Great ideas.
+maybe some unique traits for unique cultist -|| Bishops and Sozonius|| simularly to Webber dont starve trait. E.g. Sozonius will get from missionaries faster and 100% safe.
