Bug desc: crusading in stronger anura post bishop death.
How: just playing through with the 4 tarot card on start fleece
reproduce? don't know, havent seen it happen before.

The Tarot card room without the NPC is actually just a bonus room, that usually contains a card or two, but they just don’t spawn cause you only are able to have 4 with that fleece 💕
