Option to choose between the lamb and goat

I would love the option at the beginning of the game (or an acsesabillity setting) to be able to choose between the lamb or goat for your playthrough instead of having to unlock the goat each file. It would be great if we could play as the goat from the start and see the other fleeces on them. I find it alittle stupid that when you play the goat you can't use the other fleeces and use their abilities. I would sacrifice my first born for this feature
