I can't achieve the Transmute achievement even though I have every skin (including the DLCs ones). It keeps appearing like I didn't click on something but I've checked everything...

I think you're missing the goat fleece, turn on co-op for a second and it should unlock, if you can't do that you're stuck waiting til it gets fixed in 1.4.4
