New building looking like cork board with pins. Here you can pin folower to specific job, e.g. Some folower will always work on farm, some will only worship and other always will cook or be undertaker. When pined folower will be a missionary or dead, random folower will do his job.
It would be very helpful + folowers with specific outfits will do the task you intended for them.

That sounds quite useful indeed; right now followers taking on whatever task happens to be available gets bothersome, as e.g. followers with feather necklaces so that they can move around the farm faster will sometimes wander off and start doing consecration instead. Being able to 'pin' a follower to just a single task would save a lot of those headaches.

Also means certain clothes like the drink tenders vest and the chefs fit can be assigned to those followers
