I only have two hearts when I should have four because of my upgrades. I think this bug happened when I got the great hunger upgrade that let's you gain a heart by eating

When the Game updates (like sins of the flesh or unholy alliance) the Game auto change his difficulty, just change It to normal or smth and It fixes

This happend to me 2 times (unholy alliance and sins of the flesh) i just turn It to normal and the Hearts reset
