"Twitch Chat decides your fate" for those who don't use Twitch

I don't stream on twitch at all, and after watching some twitch streamers play the game and utilize the twitch integration feature, it got me thinking that a mode like that, where the game randomly gives events that can help/hinder the player, would be fun to have for those who don't stream. I would imagine it would be a selectable mode, similar to penitence mode, where creating a new file presents you the option to select what modes you want to enable.
