Don’t have video footage of it because switch sucks but Yarlen asked me to go find his sister after I already indoctrinated his sister into my cult. It’s not like he doesn’t recognize his sister because they have their original names.
Game didn’t crash or anything. I didn’t test to see what would happen when I rescue his sister a second time because I decline the quest.

Yarlen asked me a third time to find his sister
When I accepted the quest nothing happened
Wait no I’m wrong
The quest popped up again
But Jalala and Rinor are still in my cult

I have duplicated Jarlala
I also noticed when recruiting Rinor 2 That he(?) had the original traits of the first Rinor
Including the Immortal Trait from giving him a gold skull necklace
Upon checking the Ascension menu, however, it appears that all I’ve done is change Rinor and Yarlala’s names
And that the second clone stops existing
However, when I left the menu there were two clones of Rinor sleeping in the shelter
When I sacrificed Rinor and Yarlala, this problem seems to have fixed itself
